Job Responsibilities

Your tasks involve working together with your colleagues, who are experienced nursing assistants, to help our residents with all common daily tasks such as personal hygiene, medication, exercise, cooking, and cleaning. Your work may also involve informing relatives and following up on our residents' care needs throughout the day.

Your work is characterized by responsibility, meetings, and interaction with other people, and it is the needs of our residents that guide your work.

You will work in accordance with applicable legislation, the goals of the organization, and within the framework of our political mandate and the intentions of the Social Services Act. Working hours are scheduled for both day, evening, and weekend shifts.

We document in the Life Care system based on IBIC, with the individual's needs at the center.

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with a genuine interest in meeting people. Your working style is characterized by calmness, flexibility, commitment, and teamwork skills. You need to have very good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written). Personal suitability is of great importance.
